Sydney Nolan


Founder, Head Coach of Mental Performance

M.A., Sport and Performance Psychology

Sydney was raised in Colorado and played Division III lacrosse at Wesleyan University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience & Behavior and is certified in Mindfulness Meditation Coaching through Dharma Moon.

Sydney earned her Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology and is on track to receive her CMPC certification in 2025.

Her professional journey began as the Director of Partnerships and Mindfulness Coach at a mindfulness-focused athlete training company. In the summer of 2024, she interned at West Point Academy’s Center for Enhanced Performance, where she provided mental skills training to cadets.

At Snap Mental Performance, Sydney works with a wide range of athletes—from youth to professional levels—offering tools to help them thrive in both sport and life. Her work also includes supporting athletes through injury recovery, sport/life transitions, and adult athletes at both competitive and recreational levels.

With a strong foundation in both personal experience and academic training, Sydney is deeply committed to helping athletes become their best selves—on and off the field. She is a passionate mental health advocate who prioritizes well-being and fosters meaningful connections. Her mission is to empower athletes to take control of their performance and well-being, turning their minds into their greatest superpower.
